St Mary's Care Centre completed

This new residential care home, designed and project managed by Gelder and Kitchen, has been completed for Private Medicare Ltd.

The design displays our extensive experience of buildings for those with special needs - the ability of residents to move around the building is incorporated into the overall design scheme.

The interiors are light and spacious, with bedrooms situated around a central courtyard garden. Each of the sixty ensuite bedrooms is designed specifically for the needs of the elderly and infirm residents.

The final project value was £3.2m
