In line with the Construction Design and Management Regulation 2007, our highly experienced and competent CDM Co-ordinators are key project advisors in respect of construction health and safety risk management matters across the sectors on which we offer expertise.
At every stage of the life of a scheme, as CDM Co-ordinators we offer our expertise in design risk management and we continue to offer advice throughout the construction process to the whole Project Team as qualified Health and Safety Advisors. Our input into the project extends into the future maintenance access requirements for the life of the completed building.
