CDM Co-ordinators
A building design solution must address the issues of Health and Safety for the resulting construction solution as well as the on-going operation and maintenance of the completed work.
We have qualified staff able to act as CDM Co-ordinators under the current CDM Regulations2007, and our design procedures embody identification of hazards and risk assessments.
We are able to advise our Clients of their responsibilities, and the responsibilities of all those involved in the design and construction process.
