At Gelder and Kitchen we plan, monitor and control all aspects of a project, and the motivation of those involved within the project, to ensure objectives are met on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance.
We achieve this by:
- Defining objectives, in terms of time, cost and various technical and quality performance parameters
- Using the most appropriate Project Management techniques for the project to plan, monitor and maintain progress in line with these objectives
- Employing staff who are skilled in Project Management, and who are given responsibility and are accountable for the project's delivery.
