66 bed nursing home near Edinburgh.
In this project the architectural language was one of “Scottish Vernacular”, the aim being to recognise the traditional forms and materials (including natural slate for the roof, wet “harl” wall finish and crow’s foot gables), and to re-work them in an up-to-date way.
