This was a project for the Sutton Housing Trust for 55 no. flats for single people with communal facilities. The building was constructed in two phases.
Phase I: Refurbishment of existing Grade II listed building
Phase II: 2 & 3 storey new building scheme, with new build social area connecting the two.
