Alex originally joined Gelder and Kitchen in 2001 and in 2008 was appointed as a Partner based in our Hull Architects’ Studio; with work experience as registered Architect in England and Italy, he is responsible for expanding the Practice Portfolio and ensuring continuity in the professional services provided to Practice’s existing Client base.
His experience from inception to completion includes design and project management of several medium to large scale schemes for the healthcare, education and commercial sector.
Alex's passion for high design standards and interest in sustainability has led to his involvement with Practice design teams where he is responsible for practice-wide design reviews to ensure that every opportunity is explored to improve design quality.
